Ministries

Children’s Ministry

We don't offer Sunday School at this time; children sit with their parents during service, but we do have a family room where you can watch the service on a video monitor if needed. We also provide individual, one-family rooms if preferred. The service is also broadcast from a limited area FM station if you want to listen from the parking lot in your car.

Men’s Ministry

Personal godly growth in their relationship with Christ is important if men are going to help lead their families and friends to understand Jesus better. Our Men’s Ministry meets regularly for Saturday breakfasts on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. We also enjoy conferences and events that will challenge the men to follow Christ and to actively serve their families and their communities with the love and gospel of Jesus Christ. For more information, times and locations please contact Corey Rivera 541-272-7405.

Women’s Ministry

Women have a very special place in the heart of Jesus. He included them as equals in His salvation plan. He spoke to women, even when it was socially unacceptable to do so. He loves us!

We want to encourage women to use their natural and spiritual gifts to serve and bless the church and our community. We also help women learn about the Word of God through study and discussion. Join us for the Women’s Bible study on Tuesdays at 10:00am and 7:00pm to learn the Word of God and apply it in our lives thru His transforming power! This is a very good way to get to know each other and be encouraged and strengthened in our journey with God. We also have monthly lunches on the 3rd Saturday to encourage fellowship and getting to know each other.

If you have any questions, please call Diane Magnan 541-921-9178.

Home Groups

Home groups are not anything new. The early church was mostly meeting in the homes of Christians, as we can see from the Book of Romans.

Romans 16:5 "Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Greet my beloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia to Christ."

At our home groups, we experience a different level of ministry than our Midweek or Sunday church services. These are meant to be casual gatherings that will deepen a believer’s life as they become more of a part of other believer’s lives.

There are at least 7 different areas of ministry that are in operation in a home group or home fellowship.

  • Fellowship-creates connectedness by way of greater visibility & encouragement
  • Prayer for each other’s needs and concerns
  • We learn to share our faith, so we can share it with our fellow believers and even our community or family
  • Worship more intimately together
  • We all begin to instruct one another with the Word of God
  • The home group creates a bridge and witness to others in a neighborhood
  • It also helps anyone who is leading it to be stretched and matured as well as possibly raise up others to facilitate homegroups.
